Our CEO is looking to train and develop 1-2 people with an genuine desire to succeed into strong and independent sales leaders with an opportunity to progress to management. The successful candidates will have their eye set on fast advancement to team leadership with extensive training from our leadership team with over 35 years experience in direct sales.

First 6 Weeks: Sales Agent

Learn our sales systems

Network with leaders in Wollongong, Sydney and Melbourne

Achieve high sales standards

Develop self-leadership habits, discipline and routines

On Target Weekly Earnings: $1,400 - $1,650 (Including tax and super)

Weekly Salary + Weekly Commissions + Weekly Bonuses.

The next 6 months: Team Leadership

Learn how to teach our sales systems

Learn on field leadership

Learn team building skills

Train and build your own sales team

Team Leader Promotion = Team of 4 sales people including yourself hitting sales targets.

On Target Weekly Earnings: $2,050 - $2,800 (Including tax and super)

Weekly Salary + Weekly Commissions + Weekly Bonuses + Team Performance Incentives.

The next 12 months: Management

Learn recruitment and onboarding

Learn how to manage KPI's and performance

Learn how to teach people to teach the sales systems

Continue to grow you own sales team

Campaign Manager Promotion = Team of 8 sales people including yourself hitting sales targets.

On Target Weekly Earnings = $2,800 - $3,600 (Including tax and super)
