Outkast is a well-established commercial design and construct company based in Brisbane and Gold Coast with a strong focus on commercial and industrial fit outs works.

Due to consistent growth, we are looking for experienced and highly motivated site supervisors and managers to join our team.

About The Role - Reporting to the Project Managers, you will be responsible for:

• Day to day running of our commercial project sites from project commencement through to client handover – on time and on budget;
• Scheduling project resources and deliverables, managing suppliers, problem solving;
• Maintaining clean and workable site environment;
• Quality and safety on all sites as per building and safety regulations;
• Managing sub-contractor performance and quality;
• Developing and maintaining relevant stakeholder relationships, including subcontractors, building managers etc;
• Collaborating with the Outkast team;
• Daily site reports and regular project reporting to management;
• GID - Getting It Done!

What we are looking for in you:

• Killer Attitude - Proactive - Winner;
• Sound knowledge of building methods and regulations. At least 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor delivering commercial fit outs;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to interpret plans and drawings;
• Ability to manage resources and sub-contractors, negotiate, problem solve and make sound decisions;
• Excellent understanding of WHS Compliance, safety and quality standards;
• Building Trade qualification is ESSENTIAL
• Australian experience is ESSENTIAL
• Interstate Applicants Encouraged
• QBCC license or equivalent preferred
