Foodbank Queensland provides millions of kilograms of food and groceries to more than 350 community partners and over 400 School Breakfast Programs each year. Your Role

Reporting to the Food Supply Manager, the Food Supply Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and coordination of all aspects of Food Supply and Food Donor care. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food rescue initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with food donors.

Key Responsibilities

Handle donor management administration, including donor care plans and reports.

Process and report on purchase orders in the ERP system.

Assist with donor relationships and related administration.

Respond to Food Supply enquiries and report potential leads.

Develop and maintain documents, proposals, and reports.

Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.

Maintain CRM records and procurement program administration

Support supply chain and logistics coordination.

Manage administrative tasks for Food Supply.

Foster a positive culture and stakeholder relationships.
