We have an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Interpreter or BDM to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, organised and positive individual with a passion for excellence in customer service.

The role will require organised and efficient spare parts interpreting along with attention to detail in completing the related administrative tasks.

Job responsibilities include

Raising quotes, purchase orders and invoices quickly and accurately

Sourcing required parts from our valued partners and documenting the pricing and other related information in the internal CRM/systems

Organising the timely movement of goods via inbound and outbound freight

Communicating with customers and suppliers over the phone and via email in a timely manner

General CRM management

About you

Excellent customer service skills!

Understanding of the heavy equipment industry (Crushing & Screening is an advantage)

Well organised

Self-motivated

A pleasant phone manner

Passionate can-do attitude

Great communicator

Computer proficient

Comfortable with using occasional math skills

Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential
