About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. This role primarily focusses on accounts payable, with responsibilities including processing between 20-50 invoices per day. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed.

About You:

• Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
