Huntington’s Australia provides services and advocacy to improve the lives of Australians impacted by Huntington’s disease and other disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Aligned to Huntington’s Australia’s strategic objectives, this role provides specialist support to people with Huntington’s disease (HD) to activate and manage their NDIS plans and engage with a range of mainstream and disability providers to optimise outcomes and achieve their NDIS plan goals.

We are looking for an experienced Support Coordinators to join our growing teams in Sydney and Perth. We are a progressive national organisation that puts our people and those we support at the centre of what we do. We are a small but effective team of professionals from a diverse range of backgrounds, skills and experiences.

We are a not-for profit with access to salary sacrifice and other allowances on top of your base salary.
