About the role
Above Care Services is seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. As a part-time Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring individualised support plans for clients with disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support to achieve their goals.
