About the Role

As our in-house plumbing expert, you'll play a key part in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Estimations & Quoting: Accurately assess job requirements and prepare detailed cost estimates and quotes for residential and commercial plumbing projects.

Technical Support: Provide support and guidance to field staff and clients on plumbing systems, regulations, and best practices.

Report Review: Analyze and review completed work reports to ensure compliance, accuracy, and quality standards.

Consultation: Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to troubleshoot issues and refine plumbing solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Current and valid Plumber’s License

5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation practices

Experience with quoting and estimation tools or software is an advantage

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
