Technical Support Specialist – Orthodontic Aligner Software (OAS)

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support for our SureSmile Software. In this dynamic, APAC-facing role, you'll assist customers with case planning, software navigation, and digital workflows, while collaborating across global teams.

What You’ll Do

✔ Handle order- and software-related queries for SureSmile customers via phone and email
✔ Provide expert-level guidance on software integration, STL/DICOM file exports, and troubleshooting
✔ Manage multiple projects and customer issues from start to finish
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Customer Support, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and more
✔ Ensure accurate case tracking and escalate issues when needed
✔ Support continuous improvement and process refinement across technical support operations
✔ Assist with order processing, tracking, and product returns
✔ Maintain a high standard of customer communication and documentation

What You’ll Bring

2+ years in a customer or technical support role (Dental or Orthodontic experience a plus

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM and ERP systems

Confidence in troubleshooting and coaching via remote tools (e.g., TeamViewer)

A flexible mindset – comfortable working with APAC time zones and global teams
