The Role:

As a licensed plumber you will be responsible for delivering works on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing the onsite team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and acting as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate plumbing works and projects from start to finish

Schedule and manage the work crew

Perform quality control inspections and ensure code compliance

Order and track materials, tools, and supplies

Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other trades

Ensure workplace safety and adherence to OH\&S regulations

Assist with quoting and project planning as needed

About You:

Licensed plumber with a current VBA Licence

Accreditation for commissioning and maintaining backflow prevention devices

Proven experience in commercial or industrial plumbing

Strong communication and organisational skills

Adequate IT skills

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Proficient in using job management systems and technology

Current driver’s license

Working at heights, high risk work and confined space certifications
