The Role:
We are looking for a Fourth-Year Apprentice Plumber with a strong background in maintenance plumbing. This role involves:

Handling maintenance jobs, especially those involving blockages, hydro jetting, CCTV camera inspections, and locator equipment.

Working on a variety of plumbing projects, including renovations, ground-up builds, and shop fit-outs.

Communicating directly with clients, providing professional customer service, and representing the company with pride.

Using a job management system (experience preferred but not essential) to manage tasks efficiently.

Working on a variety of maintenance projects for residential, real estate, body corporate, and asset management clients.

Having the opportunity to work side by side with the owner for hands-on learning, while also developing the skills to work independently.

Gaining experience not just in plumbing but also in understanding how a plumbing business operates, including quoting, client interactions, and sales.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a plumbing apprenticeship (preferably in maintenance).

Strong knowledge of maintenance plumbing, including hydro jetting, CCTV inspections, and locating equipment.

Must have own tools (hand tools and power tools).

Must be a problem solver: Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and find solutions on the job.

Excellent communication and customer service skills – you must present yourself well and communicate effectively with clients.

Full, valid Australian driver’s license.

Experience with job management systems (preferred but not essential).

Well-presented, reliable, and eager to learn.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn directly from the owner.
