We are a building Design & Construction Management Company based in the Noosa region. We are a small family run business that is expanding and we require additional people that will suit the company. We carry out building design and documentation for multiple repeat builders in the area along with our own private clients. The projects we work on also range from small extensions, decks, carports etc to very high end multi million dollar renovations and new builds. For some of our private clients we will also oversee the construction admin side of things. Being on site regularly to check on the progress of the projects, ordering/choosing fixtures and furniture, over see the construction and resolve any issues that arise during construction and keep the clients updated of the progress. With these project we are engaged to produce a full finishes and materials package. Along with all the joinery drawings and finishes, pick all the plumbing fixtures, door hardware, furniture etc.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential or commercial Interior Design

A qualification in Building Design or Interior Design

Revit experience, highly advantageous

High attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems quickly;

Working within an office and team environment of the same or similar field

Working with clients, producing mood board/finishes schedules and presenting to clients

Tasks & responsibilities

Drafting of design documentation in Revit, not a must but a big advantage if you know Revit

Interpret architectural drawing & building plans

Maintaining client data and ensuring its integrity

Good Organizational skills and time management with the ability to multi-task.

Liaising with builders, consultants and Councils etc

Oversee projects from start to finish

Client liaison

Producing mood boards and presenting to clients

Ordering materials and fixtures

Obtaining quotes from builders
