We are seeking a skilled Level 1 and Level 2 Desktop Support Engineers looking for a new opportunity. Join our team at FTG in our North Sydney head office and be a part of our dynamic support team, providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
IT desktop support
Provide Level 1 and/or Level 2 support to customers via phone, email, and ticket system
Ticket escalation management
Network and configuration skills
Provide Microsoft product support, including Office 365 maintenance
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities
Answering the phone and actioning tickets for our customers
Remote and onsite support to our clients
Computer diagnosis and repairs
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers both written and verbal
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Possess the legal right to work in Australia
Skills in the below is desirable but not mandatory:
Current industry or tertiary qualifications including Diplomas and Certifications
Familiar with remote management software (RMM)
Prior experience with MSP
Experience with a PSA
