Senior Family Lawyers (Consultant Roles)
Full-time or Part-time | Remote + Court Attendance | 3+ Years PQE

Join one of Australia’s most progressive legal teams—Repute Family Law—and help redefine how family law is delivered. We are currently seeking 3 experienced, high-performing Senior Family Lawyers to join our compassionate and dynamic national team.

This is a consultant role with full operational support, offering flexibility to work remotely apart from court appearances. Lawyers may be based anywhere in Australia, provided they are able to attend courts in their respective regions across NSW, QLD, or VIC.

About the Role
- Manage your own family law matters from start to finish with full remote support
- Appear in court within your designated region & state (NSW, QLD, or VIC)
- Provide expert legal guidance in areas including divorce and separation, property and financial settlements, child custody and parenting arrangements, domestic and family violence.

- Utilise Repute Family Law’s advanced digital systems for efficient case and client management
- Collaborate remotely with our national team including Principal Lawyer, Practice Manager, paralegals, and admin support

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Family Law
- Proven courtroom experience and confident advocacy skills
- Skilled at managing client relationships with empathy and autonomy
- Deep knowledge of family law procedures and frameworks in your state
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a remote-first working environment
- Reliable, organised, and committed to strong outcomes

Consultant Lawyers must hold a valid Principal Practising Certificate and maintain their own Professional Indemnity Insurance policy.
