This tier 3 commercial builder has been longstanding within the WA market. With a focus on establishing key relationships, a high level of service and a reputation for delivering on time and on budget, they continue to pave the way in project delivery across retail & industrial projects up to $20m.

They are now seeking a Site Manager on a permanent, full time basis for a $23m warehouse project located in Wangara.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering industrial building projects with a track record in industrial and commercial $10m +.
• Come from a trade background, ideally in carpentry.
• Ideally have a tilt panel ticket (not essential)
• Strong understanding of OHS and building regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels.
• Strong tenure with previous employer.
• White card
