You’ll be using a proven sales framework designed to convert highly qualified, inbound leads — no high pressure tactics, and no winging it. Just structured, consultative approach that uncover goals, real challenges, and guide serious prospects to come to their own realizations that working with us is the smartest next step toward achieving their development goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting 15 min inbound discovery calls

Running 60 min sessions with warm inbound leads that have been pre qualified

Stretching the gap, isolating real pain, and closing with confidence, certainty and convection

Following up warm pipeline leads and nurture

Reporting call notes, data, and performance KPIs inside our CRM and Slack channels

Maintaining a calm, consultative tone — no hype, just real value

You'll Be A Great Fit If You:

Have experience closing 5-figure, high-ticket offers over Zoom (essential)

Understand the wealth/real estate/property development space (preferred, not required)

Are comfortable working remotely, independently, and in control of your time

Can hold strong frame, lead with authority, and close without pressure or hype

Are obsessed with personal performance, self-aware, and coachable

Love the idea of helping Aussies transform their income and wealth trajectory
