About the Company & Role
As an established concrete services business servicing clients across the Pilbara in infrastructure, mining and energy sectors, our client is seeking to employ a highly motivated and driven Supervisor with a strong concrete batching background to take up a leadership role in their Tom Price depot.

Please note, this role will require you to relocate to Tom Price after an initial FIFO period, with a free house and utilities provided by the company.

About You
You will be hands-on, pragmatic and grounded person, with strong relationship building skills and good commercial acumen. With a small leadership group, we are seeking those willing to roll up their sleeves and collaborate with the Directors working towards a common goal, whilst taking pleasure and pride in growing a business.

Other criteria to be considered are;

• Minimum of 15 years industry experience, 5 years in a supervision/ management role
• Strong background in concrete batching operations, mobile plant, road transport and quarrying.
• Experience in tendering/ estimating highly advantageous
• You MUST have Australian Work Rights to be eligible for this position.

The salary range is $160,000 - $180,000 + Super + Full Maintained Vehicle, Fuel Card, Laptop, Mobile Phone with an appropriate house (including utilities) provided by the company for the duration of your employment.
