About The Role?

Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager who is looking to join a dynamic brand where Property Management is our core business. You will work alongside a skilled team of 8 Senior Property Managers who are using the latest technology to help manage and simplify their day to day activities and routine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Landlord & Tenant relationships to a high standard
• Manage arrears
• Co-ordinate maintenance
• Market knowledge
• Email and phone management
• On board new managements
• Meet required KPIs
• Work closely with a Leasing team
• Ingoing, Outgoing and Routine Inspections
• Monday to Friday only

• Skills & Experience Required:
• Systems orientated with exceptional attention to detail and a can do attitude
• Highly organised with time management skills and proven ability to prioritise
• Must hold a Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient skills with using online technologies
• Outstanding customer service
• Act professionally and ethically always
• Must be a team player
• Real estate experience
• Property Me is desirable
• Current NSW Driver's Licence
