Ray White Berkeley Vale is dedicated to the growth of our property management business, and we are seeking an experienced property manager who has a strong focus on communication, work ethic, and team culture to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio management

• Build and foster client relationships to a high standard

• Lease renewal and rent reviews

• Repairs and maintenance

• Lease sign-ups and preparation

• Conducting inspections - routines, entry, and exit inspections

• Manage and monitor rent arrears

• Compliance of smoke alarms and pools in accordance with legislation and state regulations

• Leasing, including viewings and application processing

• Lodge and process insurance and tribunal claims when required

The Ideal candidate

• Real Estate Licence

• 2 + years of experience as a property manager

• Valid driver's licence

• Up-to-date legislative knowledge

• Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills

• Proficiency in property management software, including Ailo.

• Professional personal presentation

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently without supervision

• Ability to work well under pressure

• High-level problem-solving and dispute resolution ability

The position is full-time and the successful applicant will be required to work 5 days per week, 38 ordinary hours, Monday to Friday, 9.000am to 5:00 pm.
