Led by a Director who built their own career in Property Management (not sales ­­­) they really understand the challenges PM's face so they make sure their PM department are really well supported from an admin and leasing perspective and only require them to work Monday to Friday. They are also at the forefront of technology and have efficient systems and procedures.

Due to growth in their portfolio they are seeking to appoint a Senior Property Manager to work alongside a team of fun, dedicated and talented individuals who love that they do.

The Position

In the role of Senior Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of 180 residential properties
• Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
• Conduct rent reviews and coordinate lease renewals
• Maintain and minimise rental arrears
• Tribunal preparation and attendance if required

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:

• Previous Property Management experience is a MUST
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• First class communication and customer service
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Someone who can work autonomously but can also smash through collaborative task
• Ideally residing in Greater Western Sydney
