The Role

• Manage a local portfolio within 10kms of the office
• Liaise with Landlords & Tenants
• Entry & Exit Condition Reports
• Manage Maintenance
• Arrears Management

Required

• VIC Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
• Minimum 2 years experience managing your own portfolio
• Must have VCAT experience
• Valid Driver's license & own reliable transport
• Professional personal presentation
• Exceptional organisation & customer service driven attitude!
