This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis and is looking to start ASAP.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior AR Officer and working closely with the wider finance team, you'll take on a range of duties that contribute to the smooth running of the accounts function. This role is well-suited to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a commercial setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing sales orders and purchase orders
• Actioning internal stock requests from the Sales & Marketing team
• Generating and distributing weekly reports on sales order activity
• Monthly housekeeping and data updates across supplier portals
• Monitoring and managing the accounts receivable inbox
• Responding to customer queries and following up on proof of delivery documentation
• Assisting with account adjustments in coordination with the Senior AR Officer
• Raising ad hoc invoices and credit notes
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer master data
• Supporting cash flow forecasting by compiling expected receipt information

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar accounts support, AR, or admin-focused finance role
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working with Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables are a plus)
• A willingness to learn and contribute to a close-knit team
