Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and prioritize workshop activities to meet customer deadlines

Manage technician workloads and productivity

Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed

Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and Advisors

Maintain accurate job records and progress updates

Assist in work planning and resource management

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in workshop processes

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role in automotive or mechanical services

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Knowledge of workshop management systems and tools

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems promptly
