About the Role

As our Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the workshop. From scheduling jobs to keeping customers in the loop, your attention to detail and communication skills will help keep projects on track and clients informed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative tasks for workshop

Accurately type and manage job cards

Prepare and send invoices for completed work

Provide regular customer updates on build progress and account balances

Order parts for jobs and maintain workshop part stock levels

Follow up overdue customer payments professionally and promptly

Participate in meetings, taking accurate minutes for workshop team & customers

Assist with workshop maintenance coordination

You’ll Bring

Strong communication skills — written and verbal

High attention to detail and ability to stay organised under pressure

Friendly, professional customer service approach

Basic knowledge of automotive parts (Parts Interpreter qualifications a bonus, but not essential)

Confident learning/using software systems (job management, CRM, or inventory tools)

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude — you get things done and take pride in your work
