About the role
The Property Team Assistant will provide professional administrative support to the Asset Management Team, including Property and Facilities Managers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and aligns with our core values of being trusted, responsible, connected, and innovative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices and managing financial records
- Supporting lease and tenant administration
- Coordinating tenant service requests and feedback
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with marketing and communications
About you
To be successful in this role it is essential to have:
* Experience in a professional environment, ideally in commercial property
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Great communication and organisational abilities
* A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
* Prior experience with MRI or MyBuildings required
