About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ray White team in Patterson Lakes, VIC as an Assistant Property Manager. As a full time role, you will be supporting the Property Manager in delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of residential rental properties. With a strong focus on customer service, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to join Australia's largest real estate brand, Ray White. As a Junior Property Manager, you'll be fully supported by our senior property manager and directors while learning all aspects of property management in a small yet dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting entry and exit property inspections

Performing routine property inspections

Responding to tenant enquiries

Assisting with rental open for inspections

General administrative duties

Place properties on the internet with required text and photo/images

Collate Tenant packs and Landlord packs as required

Answer general enquiries regarding available rental properties

Prepare leases

Assist with maintenance queries

Other responsibilities as required

Saturday open for Inspections (When Required)

Minimum Requirements

Valid Driver's license

Agent's Representative Certificate

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well in a team
