We are in the market for an experienced and qualified Coordinator of Building and Compliance Services. As the Coordinator of Building and Compliance, you will lead a high performing team in delivering best practice Building Surveying and Compliance services to our community.

What can you bring to the team?

  • Bachelor of Applied Science Construction Management and Economics (Building Surveying) or equivalent or Degree in Building Surveying
  • Building Surveyor Level 1 Certificate of Qualification issued by the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety
  • Experience or qualifications in management/ leadership
  • Hold a current unrestricted “C-A” (Automatic) or “C-B” (Manual) class national drivers’ licence.
  • Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
  • As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test.

The finer details

This permanent full-time Level 9 position attracts a salary range of $130,298 - $138,953 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience and includes restricted private use of a City Vehicle in accordance with the City’s Light Vehicle Policy.
