The Role – Build Director (Client-Facing Strategy + Leadership)

At Odeion, we don’t just build projects — we lead with strategy, trust, and design clarity from the very first meeting.

You’ll:

Meet clients onsite for a 2-hour strategy session (fully booked for you)

Walk the home, listen to their vision, and guide layout, feasibility, and scope

Use live pricing + 3D design tools (training provided) to shape ideas in real time

Sell Stage 2: a premium, fully quantified renovation design experience

Stay involved at key moments, working alongside in-house designers, estimators, and project teams
