Responsibilities:
● Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of License Owners.
● Deliver world-class support.
● Stay ahead of industry trends to educate and deliver sound advice that helps these agencies thrive and scale.
● Attend check-in calls with license owners to support and update them on their agency development progress.
● Onboard new License Owners.
● Provide daily support, guidance, feedback, and resources to license owners via Slack.
● Oversee support staff to ensure seamless support for License Owners.
● Review and guide the setup phase of Licensees, including website design, VSL scripts, and brand books.
Requirements:
● A strong background in providing top-tier client service, as you will manage a portfolio of high-ticket clients.
● Experience in managing and tracking the performance of a small team of virtual assistants or the confidence to do so.
● Understanding of social media promotion, design fundamentals, and website layout basics would be advantageous.
● Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, prioritize multiple accounts, and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
● Previous experience in a similar role, preferably involving client services or account management.
Salary: $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
