Client Success Manager
💼 Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (plus super)
🏠 Location: Work from Home (Australia-based)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Client Success Manager to join our growing Google ads Agency

You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring they are smoothly onboarded and set up for success.
You’ll also work closely with our Google Ads team, so some hands-on experience or understanding of Google Ads is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the onboarding process for new clients from start to finish

Communicate clearly and regularly with clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported

Set up client accounts and gather necessary information for campaign launches

Coordinate internally with strategy and delivery teams to meet client needs

Track onboarding progress and update CRM systems accordingly

Proactively identify and solve potential client issues early

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent organisation and communication

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a client-facing role (Client Success, Account Management, or similar)

Understanding of Google Ads (minimum 1–2 years' experience preferred)

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, ClickUp, Asana) is a bonus
