Account Manager - Healthcare Practice Management

Our client is an established healthcare practice management provider, empowering clinics and practitioners to streamline their operations and deliver exceptional patient care. We're looking for a talented Account Manager to join their dynamic team and play a key role in their continued success.
$70,000-85,000 + Super + $110-120k OTE Uncapped
What You'll Be Doing:
- Cultivating and expanding relationships with existing healthcare practices, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their ongoing success with our platform.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, providing proactive support and strategic guidance.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features and services to maximize client value and achieve sales targets.
- Conducting engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our platform.
- Collaborating closely with customer success, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and the evolving needs of healthcare practices.
- Contributing to the development of best practices for account management and client retention.
What You'll Bring:
- 12+ months in SDR or Account Management within the SaaS or healthcare technology space.
- A strong understanding of the healthcare industry is a bonus
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a fully remote setting.
- A track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
