We are seeking a passionate Chef to join our culinary team on a full‑time basis. Your Role:

As one of our Chefs, your main focuses will be:

Work alongside the Head Chef to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.

Contribute to menu design, development, and seasonal updates with creative input.

Produce high-quality dishes with consistency in presentation, portioning, and taste.

Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring clear communication and efficient teamwork, providing guidance and support as needed.

Contribute to managing kitchen budgets, inventory, and food costs.

Continuously seeking ways to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.

What You’ll Bring:

Relevant Trade Qualification: Diploma, or equivalent qualification in commercial cookery or other related fields.

Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar chef role.

Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes.

Knowledge of modern cooking techniques, food presentation and kitchen operations.

Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.

Excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities

A team player with great communication and presentation skills.

Experience in managing kitchen operations, including stock control, food cost management, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Perks & Benefits:

Competitive salary of $75,000 – $85,000 + super (depending on the role and level of experience)
