About the Role:

• Oversee daily operations, compliance, and financial performance
  
• Inspire and mentor a passionate team of educators
  
• Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider community
  
• Champion a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment
  

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  
• 5+ years in a Centre Director or similar leadership role
  
• Excellent knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and regulatory standards
  
• Strong communication, organisation, and team leadership skills
  
• Current VIC WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
