Tradewind Australia is proudly partnering with a respected provider to find a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead their 120+ place service in Geelong. About the Role:

Oversee daily operations, compliance, and financial performance

Inspire and mentor a passionate team of educators

Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider community

Champion a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

5+ years in a Centre Director or similar leadership role

Excellent knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and regulatory standards

Strong communication, organisation, and team leadership skills

Current VIC WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
