Child's Play Early Learning are EXPANDING ! We are a family owned company, with the owners having over 25 years collectively in the Early Childhood industry. Our services aim to provide the highest quality of care for children aged 6 weeks – 6 years of age, from the early years, right through to Kindergarten.
Child's Play was developed with a goal to provide families with high quality care for their children prior to primary school. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to excel in an environment that encourages exciting and valuable learning.
We are EXPANDING our amazing Child's Play Centres, where we will be located in Mambourin, as well as current services in Tarneit, Tarneit West, Wyndham Vale, Point Cook, Truganina and Dandenong South.
We are seeking an outstanding and passionate Centre Director to commence immediately, with the drive to develop strong relationships with families, children and the community, whilst building an outstanding learning environment for children. Your role will be supported by the Owners, Operations Manager, Group Compliance Officer, Educational leader and working alongside your fellow educators.

At Child's Play we aim to deliver high quality care and strive to offer strong community connections, ongoing school readiness programs and transition processes along with each and every child having a journey of not only academic learning but strong outcome based life skill learning in line with the National and State Early Learning Frameworks.
Experience in a similar position is required.

Your skills and qualifications should include:
Holding a Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and/or studying towards a Bachelor Degree in Education.
A current Working with Children Check
A strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound knowledge on the use of Fee Software and CCMS
Strong computer and technology skills
Dedication to developing the future of children
A friendly and energetic demeanour
Exceptional administrative skills
Able to multi-task effectively
must be able to work between the hours of 6:00am to 6:30pm
Your key priorities will be to:
Manage the day-to-day running's in all aspects of centre operations.
Support the educational leader to plan and implement the educational program.
Bookings and enrolments
Provide leadership, guidance and support to other educators within the service.
Work towards achieving financial goals and sustainability.
Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centres values.
Ensure that the programs provided encompass all aspects of children development.
Maintain and implement Centre policies and procedures.
Maintain the Centre's records.
Identify and assist in meeting the training needs of team members.
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
Applicants must also hold current qualifications; relevant ACECQA approved First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training. All applicants must hold a minimum of a completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care/Children's Services.
