About the Organisation
We’re looking for a dedicated Centre Director / Centre Manager to lead a newly built, well-resourced early learning centre where your leadership will be genuinely valued and fully supported. This is a chance to thrive in a collaborative environment with the people and resources you need to truly succeed.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to lead with confidence, backed by a highly experienced and collaborative Area Manager who offers guidance without micromanagement. You'll also benefit from the daily support of a full-time Assistant Director who shares your operational responsibilities and a dedicated Educational Leader who focuses on programming and curriculum, freeing you up to do what you do best, and that is to lead and inspire.

Management Responsibilities

• Mentoring and team management
• Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
• Sound understanding of service compliance
• Experience in staff rostering
• Qikkids software or similar
• Strong understanding and experience in performance management
• Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
• Building a positive partnership with families

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),
• MUST have at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service
• Current WWCC or VIT
• Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
• High Level of written and verbal communication
• Strong understanding and application in staff management
• MUST have Full working rights in Australia
