We are excited about the upcoming opening of our newly built state-of-the-art early learning centre in Mt Eliza. As we prepare to expand our exceptional and experienced educational approach servicing the community since 1991 we are seeking a Dynamic and Passionate Early Childhood Professional to be our newest Centre Director. This leadership role will have you;
• Creating a warm, inclusive and engaging atmosphere for children, families and your team
• Leading and developing a talented team of educators with positivity and purpose
• Building strong, meaningful relationships with families and the community
• Managing day-to-day operations with efficiency and flair
• Driving continuous improvement and upholding the highest standards of care and education
To join our vibrant community and make a difference in the lives of young learners and dedicated educators you will have/be;
• A natural communicator with strong organisational and people skills
• A passionate advocate for early childhood learning and development
• Previous leadership or Centre Director experience (or ready to step up!)
• ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education,
• At least 4 year's experience working as an Early Childhood Educator,
• Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check,
• Certifications in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid ,
• Initiative, energy, and a positive attitude,
• Genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development,
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues,
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion, and
• Australian working rights.
