About the role

Sapphire Beach Grocer is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team in Sapphire Beach, NSW. As a casual Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality coffee and beverages for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, teas and other beverages
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the coffee machine and other equipment
• Provide recommendations to customers on coffee and drink options
• Assist with stocking and inventory management of coffee and beverage supplies
• Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
• Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, including various brewing methods
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
