About the role

JackWild Cafe in Coogee Diggers is looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor / Baristas to join our dynamic team in this beachside cafe. This is a casual or fulltime role, offering flexible work hours over five days and the opportunity to be part of an amazing team

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflows

Preparing and serving exceptional coffee, takeaway brakfast to customers

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience

Supervising and training barista and café staff to maintain consistent standards

Maintaining a clean and well-organised café environment

Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor or Barista, preferably in a similar hospitality setting

Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of various coffee brewing methods

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team

Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale operations

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing a great customer experience
