About the role

We're looking for an energetic and experienced Barista to join our vibrant beachfront café in Mona Vale, NSW. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and beverages for our customers in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to showcase your barista skills and contribute to the success of our thriving café.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages to exacting standards

Ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive café experience

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work area

Assisting with general café duties as required as an all rounder

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant environment

Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays

Able to handle 4-6kg of coffee per shift

Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of various brewing methods

Ability to adjust the grind

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanour

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
