About the role

Join the dynamic team at Brunch Cartel as a Barista! This is a casual position located in Oak Flats NSW 2529, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee creations. With a focus on providing a high-quality café experience, you'll be an integral part of the Brunch Cartel team.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee drinks with speed, consistency and attention to detail

Ensuring the coffee bar and equipment are well-maintained and clean at all times

Providing friendly and helpful customer service to create a positive experience for all guests

Collaborating with the team to support the smooth operation of the café

Adhering to all food safety and health regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista is a must.

Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee equipment including grind adjustment.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive guest experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A flexible and adaptable approach to work with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to be part of a dynamic team
