Looking for an energetic, organised and physically fit all-rounder to join a dynamic, privately owned jewellery wholesale business known for its friendly culture, loyal team, and outstanding customer service.

We are looking for someone who loves variety, from answering phones and providing exceptional customer service to picking and packing orders ready for dispatch. If you have a “can-do” attitude, great attention to detail, and love being part of a close-knit team, this could be your perfect role!

Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: Early finish at 4.30pm / 4.45pm

About the Role:

This full-time permanent position offers a mix of customer service and hands-on warehouse support, no heavy lifting required!

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and emails with a focus on friendly, professional customer service

Processing orders and picking & packing for prompt dispatch

Opportunity to attend 2–4 interstate trade shows each year

Accurate data entry and invoicing

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks
