Working in the busy and dynamic FES team, which is FRV's only commercial arm your days are filled with helping people including technicians, handling an array of customer queries from internal and external stakeholders from our valued State wide customer base.
As Assistant Service Coordinator you will coordinate communications between clients, contractors and staff to ensure services are delivered in accordance with FES customer expectations and to assist the Service Supervisor, Account Executive(s), Service Manager to carry out key departmental functions.

About the Role
The Assistant Service Coordinator also responds to customer queries, complaints, requests and complex issues drawing on acquired knowledge and internal and external resources.
In addition, this role includes the functions of the creation and issuing of quotations, service visits, and verification of FES service activities to our customer base whilst innovating and improving efficiencies within the service delivery process.

What you will need to Succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Completion of an appropriate certificate in administration or VCE as a minimum
Minimum 2 years in a customer service role
Knowledge and understanding of the Fire industry, Essential Services Legislation and requirements advantageous
An understanding of the MS Office products and intermediate computer skills
