About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at WaterRower Australia in Epping, VIC. As a full-time Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments of goods and materials
• Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Assisting with warehouse organisation and cleanliness
• Safely and efficiently operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet movers
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift licence or the willingness to obtain one
• A team-oriented approach and a proactive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
