Store Operating Hours: 3:30 am to 6:30 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
Employment Type: Full-Time 38 hours per week. Closing shift 5 days a week must work weekends
Roster: Closing shift 5 days a week must work weekends, Agreed set roster with 2 consecutive RDOs.

Role Duties
Prepare food and beverages, including TMB’s signature hot and cold drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
Expertly run the manual coffee machines and Assist in training others.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all store areas.
Handle customer service in front counter and drive through.
Address customer feedback and complaints, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
Train, mentor, and support team members to foster skill development and performance.
Assist Manager when required with roster and shift coverage to meet operational needs.
Assist Manager by reporting inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and minimise waste.
Follow company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
Regular reporting to the management team.
Compensation
This role is classified under Level 3 of the Food and Beverage stream within the Restaurant Industry Award 2020. The salary package is based on the agreed rostered hours to be negotiated has part of the contract. Estimated to be $51,000 to $61,000.
Taste My Bean team members also enjoy free coffee and staff discounts on food and beverages while on shift.
Must-Have Requirements
Extensive on the job barista experience with the ability to produce high-quality coffee beverages independently on manual machine.
1 year of experience in a similar leadership or management role within the Hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills, and strong English proficiency.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 20kg.
Reliable Car and Valid Australian driver license.
Basic computer literacy.
