Are you passionate about coffee and love making people smile? We’re on the hunt for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our vibrant team at our Bundaberg coffee shop!

Position: Customer Service Assistant or Manager

Location: Bundaberg, QLD

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: Casual/Part-Time or Full time

What You’ll Do:

Craft consistently great coffee and beverages

Provide warm, efficient customer service

Maintain a clean and welcoming space

Assist with food prep and general café duties

Work as part of a fun, supportive team

Order and maintain stock levels

What We’re Looking For:

Previous barista experience preferred, but training can be provided

Strong communication and multitasking skills

A positive attitude and team player mindset

Flexibility to work weekends or early mornings
