Central Highlands Rural Health are currently accepting applications for a Nurse Educator to join the Learning & Development team on a part-time, fixed term 12 month parental leave cover position.
We are seeking candidate applications with the following;
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting and who are keen to work within a team environment
- This role would suit a passionate and enthusiastic clinician seeking to support learners at all levels, including staff, graduates and students.
- Assisting with the orientation of undergraduate, graduate and newly appointed and less experienced/novice nurses
- Conduct assessments of undergraduate students as required
- Hold or be working a Certificate IV (TAE40110) in Training and Assessment
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Ability to work independently
Details of Appointment:
Part-time fixed, term 12 month parental leave cover position until the 20 July 2026, working 64 hours per fortnight based at Kyneton and Trentham campuses.
Days of work can be negotiated by the successful candidate.
Salary: RN35 - Educator $62.20 per hour + superannuation + access to salary packaging.

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
