Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs for the Maternity and Women’s Health Unit
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision for nurses and midwives
• Promote and support evidence-based, patient-centred care
• Mentor staff to enhance their professional practice and clinical knowledge
• Uphold hospital policies, procedures, and best practice standards
• Contribute to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife (Level 3)
• Postgraduate qualifications in midwifery and/or education (or willing to undertake)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain within the first year
• Demonstrated clinical and contemporary midwifery experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead
• Passion for mentoring others and advancing women’s health outcomes
• Proven ability to manage educational priorities and work collaboratively across teams
