Your role will involve a deep dive into Audio Visual equipment, necessitating a strong interest, hands-on experience, and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.

Key areas of experience/interest include:

Use of Digital Mixing Consoles

Use of Stage Lighting systems

Use of Vision systems (Projectors, LED screens, switchers)

Experience in praise & worship/church production teams

Live microphones, including wireless systems

PA Speakers

Trades and site-work

Familiarity with other musical categories like guitars, keyboards/synthesizers, drums, and studio recording is highly advantageous. Experience in trades and sitework is highly valued, particularly any electrical or rigging experience.

An ideal candidate would have experience in music, retail, wholesale, or related fields, or equivalent expertise as a musician and/or sound/light/vision operator.
