BCJ Plastic Products is a privately owned, light industrial manufacturing business, located in the Kewdale industrial estate, and we have been manufacturing bespoke plastic products for over 40 years.

We have a full and diverse range of manufacturing capability including cutting, bending, forming, welding and fabricating, and we now have a vacancy for suitably experienced person to join our sales team.

With a background in sales, and an understanding of plastic and its applications, you will have a desire to grow your existing knowledge, to learn and understand our businesses capabilities, and to interact positively with customers to meet their needs. You will have a good understanding of how to build pricing to ensure profitable sales are delivered, and be comfortable working with business systems.

Key tasks expected of the role are:

· work well individually and within our team.

· be the business interface with our customers in the first instance, in person, by phone or via e-mail.

· develop a strong understanding of the business processes and capabilities to enable provision of sound advice to customers.

· establish and act on selling opportunities

· quoting and negotiating prices, formalising quotes, closing out sales and recording orders

· following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problems arising

· reporting to management on sales made, customer satisfaction, and trends in the marketplace;

· be keen to develop your skills, and add new capabilities;

The role is full time, 38 hours per week.

A minimum of 3 years of similar industry experience is required.
